Hello. My name is Paul and I am the Manager/Coach at Park Hall Nordic Walking.
I have been in the fitness industry
for 30 years, as a Fitness Instructor/Personal Trainer and manager of Leisure Centre's.
as a Nordic Walking Instructor in 2011.
I became interested in Nordic Walking after sustaining injuries to
my joints, after years of spending time training in gyms and running marathons.
Keeping active has always
been part of my life, so despite the wear and tear to my joints,
I was determined to find a way of keeping fit and
active. "Nordic Walking has been a godsend to me".
Due to the
low intensity form of exercise of Nordic Walking I am able to maintain a good level of fitness and flexibility.
